Please read the Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB) before completing the forms below. The CIB contains important information regarding the application and scheduling processes.

First Time Candidates

• FG/PG examination candidates will apply to the Board for approval before registering with PCS to sit for the examination. Applications are available for download from the board's website.
• Applications are accepted on an on-going basis.  There is no guarantee of any particular exam date. The Board does their best to grant the exam date requested, but a guarantee is not given.
• Once the candidate has received board approval, the candidate will need to submit the scheduling form. All forms must be received by the registration deadline.
• Candidates whose applications are incomplete at the time of the registration deadline will not be able to sit for the upcoming exam.

Re-Examination Candidates

• Candidates who have sat for the examination previously will need to submit the scheduling form or can register for the examination by calling PCS.
• Re-Examination candidates must adhere to the registration deadline for the upcoming examination.
