1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Must be a citizen of the United States or have legally declared intention of becoming a citizen.
3. Must submit official transcripts from a college or a university for:

Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary Science from an institution on the list of accredited colleges of the US Office of Education or like institution approved by the board; and/or

Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary Engineering from an institution on the list of accredited colleges of the US Office of Education or any like institution approved by the Board; and/or

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 30 semester hours credit or basic sciences from an institution on the list of accredited colleges of the US Office of Education or any like institution approved by the Board, PLUS one year full-time experience in environmental health; it is the responsibility of the applicant to indicate and identify to the Board which courses he/she requests to be credited toward the 30 credits in basic sciences, including a brief description of each course.
Provide a certified statement from other state with the passing score from national examination or comparable examination from state where applicant is registered/licensed
