MARK SETASH
President & CEO
Mark is the President and CEO of PCS. Prior to joining PCS, Setash was the President & CEO and owner of LaserGrade, LP. LaserGrade had more than six hundred computer-based testing centers nationwide. As President & CEO, Setash oversaw delivery of computer-based tests for many national associations and regulatory boards. The largest included the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), delivering a full battery of pilot license testing, and the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology, delivering knowledge-based cosmetology, manicuring, instructor, esthetician and a host of other cosmetology and barber-related examinations. In late 2007, PSI, Inc. acquired LaserGrade.
Setash entered the testing industry in the mid-90s when he joined Chauncey Group International as a Managing Principal. Chauncey was instrumental in introducing and administering the first computer-based testing program ever in partnership with Sylvan/PSI. Setash was responsible for all operational activities at Chauncey. From 1982 until the mid-90s, Setash worked at the National Industries for the Blind (NIB) as the Management Information Systems Manager. NIB provided services, particularly the manufacture of products produced by individuals who were blind or visually impaired, thus creating and providing meaningful employment for thousands of disabled Americans.
