Reciprocity Licensure

Step 1. Complete and submit Licensure Application with supporting documentation and fees to PCS.

Download and complete Criminal Offender Record Information(CORI) Acknowledgement Form; click here

Step 2. PCS reviews application and supporting documentation to determine eligibility. Note: Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process your application once all documents are received.

PCS will notify applicant if there are any deficiencies.

PCS will notify applicant of approval to take the jurisprudence examination.

Step 3. Eligible applicant schedules examination with PSI.

Step 4. Scheduled applicant takes the jurisprudence examination.

Step 5. PCS emails jurisprudence scores to examinees within 3 business days of receipt of scoring information from PSI.

Successful examinees will receive instructions on how to pay their licensing fee.

Unsuccessful examinees will receive re-exam instructions.

Step 6. Successful examinee pays the license fee either by phone or mail to PCS.

Step 7. The license number will be posted to the Board's web site within 10 business days of receipt of licensing fee payment.

Step 8. Board will mail the wallet license within 6 weeks of the web site posting.
