Application Fee Increase
The licensure application fee increased to $226 for any application received by PCS on or after April 7, 2014. Applications must have the $226 fee or a delay in processing will occur.
Applications submitted with a money order or a certified check for the incorrect amount will be returned to the applicant and NOT processed.
