NCEES Registration and PCS Scheduling Information
First-Time Applicants:(All candidates are recommended to read the Candidate Information Bulletin, page back to see the link.)
1. All first-time applicants must be approved by the Pennsylvania Board. Please read the information in the "Application Process and Deadlines" link for more information.
2. All applicants must create an account online with NCEES at www.ncees.org.
3. Register online with NCEES by the registration deadline. You will select your exam type and exam site information at this time. Only Board-approved applicants may proceed to step 4.
4. Board-approved applicants will receive an email from PCS within 3 business days of registering with NCEES, the email will include instructions on how to schedule and pay for the examination. Exams must be scheduled and paid for by the scheduling deadline. Fees will not be transferred to future examinations for any reason. No postponements. If you are unable to schedule and pay for an exam online, you may schedule by telephone (877-364-3926) to pay with Discover, Visa or MasterCard only.
