What if I do not have a Social Security Number?

• A candidate can still apply for an examination in Delaware if they do not have a Social Security Number, but the attached form must be completed & submitted to PCS.  Click here .

What if I paid for a Temporary License at the time I completed my application but have not received this License from the state?

• If you are currently approved for an examination and have submitted the Supervisor Certification Form to PCS, please contact the Delaware State Board Office at 302-744-4500.  To download a Supervisor Certification Form, click here .

What if I would like to request a Temporary License but did not request one at time I completed my application or would like to request a second Temporary License?

• Candidate must be currently approved for a future examination.
• Complete the Application for a Temporary License by Examination Form and mail to PCS along with the $35 fee.  Click here .

What if I attended more than one school for training?

• If training was obtained at more than one school, a transcript from each school must be submitted to PCS.
