IT Support Technician
Job Title:      IT Support Technician
Reports To:       IT Director
Department:      PCS / Information Technology
FLSA Status:      Salaried-Exempt
Schedule:      Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and as necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PCS, Inc is looking for a talented entry level IT Support Technician who can take ownership of the day to day support needs of 50+ users in a mixed operating systems environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

  • File, web and application server administration running a mix of operating systems.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop computers.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop printers, phones and user network.
  • Assist users with hardware and software problems, including client applications.
  • Document and communicate user feedback.
  • User and computer maintenance using Microsoft Active Directory and VMWare Zimbra.
  • Server administration and backup.
  • Responsible for company’s batch printing and scanning.
  • Support asterisk based PBX supporting IVR and CTI.

 

SALARY:

Commensurate with Experience
