JOB DESCRIPTION:
PCS, Inc is looking for a talented entry level IT Support Technician who can take ownership of the day to day support needs of 50+ users in a mixed operating systems environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
- File, web and application server administration running a mix of operating systems.
- Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop computers.
- Install, configure, and support desktop printers, phones and user network.
- Assist users with hardware and software problems, including client applications.
- Document and communicate user feedback.
- User and computer maintenance using Microsoft Active Directory and VMWare Zimbra.
- Server administration and backup.
- Responsible for company’s batch printing and scanning.
- Support asterisk based PBX supporting IVR and CTI.
SALARY:
Commensurate with Experience
