2. PCS reviews application for completeness. If incomplete, PCS will notify candidate in writing. If complete, PCS will mail a license letter.

3. PCS mails license letter to approved applicant.

4. PCS sends license information to MA Board.

5. MA Board posts license number on web site within 1 week when scores are mailed.

6. MA Board mails wallet-sized license to applicant within six weeks after approval date.
