
ANDREA BLEDSOE
Vice President, Client Relations
As Vice President of Client Relations, Andrea is devoted to PCS’ customers and works to ensure that all of our customers receive services that exceed their expectations. In addition, Andrea facilitates new employee orientations focusing on company culture and the criticality of customer service, a subject she is passionate about. Andrea is PCS’ Senior liaison for FSMTB and Puerto Rico and spends more than fifty percent of her time dedicated to these efforts. She continues to play a significant role in Sales and Marketing for PCS and regularly attends industry-related trade shows, such as ATP, CLEAR, FARB and ICE in order to ensure that PCS stays at the forefront of the most recent advances in licensing, certification, testing and security concerns within the industry.
When employed by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in 1997, Andrea served first as Manager of Operations for CPA Examination Services. In 2000, Andrea transferred to the PCS subsidiary of NASABA and was promoted to Vice President of Operations. In 2007, Andrea became COO for PCS and remained in that role until the ownership change. During these years, she has been an integral part of the success PCS has enjoyed. Andrea has over 30 years of business experience, two thirds of which in the testing/licensure/certification industry. A proud native Nashvillian, Andrea thoroughly and enthusiastically embraces the growth, people/personality and vitality her hometown offers.
