Amy is the Chief Financial Officer of PCS. Amy is a CPA with over 20 years of combined experience in Big 4 public accounting, consulting, and industry accounting positions. Amy started her career with Arthur Andersen where she progressed to Audit Manager, serving clients on financial statement audit and consultation engagements. During this time, Amy had a strong emphasis on manufacturing clients. After 6 years with Andersen, Amy transitioned to become the Corporate Controller and Treasurer for Telco Research Corporation, followed by 8 years in project consulting roles. During her consulting tenure, Amy worked on both strategic yet "hands-on" projects with over 25 companies, often companies going through periods of transition where she served as Interim CFO. Her projects have involved responsibilities for implementing accounting software, establishing general ledger and financial records, preparing financial statements, obtaining/restructuring financing, documenting/testing internal controls and SOX compliance, managing strategic projects, and handling day-to-day accounting activities. Clients served during that time ranged from small businesses to multi-billion public clients. Amy has most recently served as CFO of Shaub Construction Company where she served as the sole financial executive and developed and led all accounting, finance and human resources functions as the company grew to $25M in revenue.
